Follow these easy steps, use our marketing material, Order forms and fantastic products to ensure your fundraising activity is a success!

ONE

Email us at info@polkadotplates.co.uk and we'll send you our FREE introduction kit that will help you decide whether you want to go ahead with the activity.

TWO

Confirm back to us that you wish to do the activity, how many children will be involved, which products you wish to deisgn, and whether it will be an in-school or take home activity.

THREE

We will send you our Fundraising Kit, which includes everything you need to help organise and promote your activity, and will be tailored to your specific project.

FOUR

Decide on your cut off dates and start promoting your fundraising  project at your school or nursery using the fantastic promotional tools included in your Fundraising Kit.

FIVE

Children complete their templates.  Remember to record each child's name (and class) on each template, plus how many copies and products the parents have purchased.

SIX

Take orders and collect payment from parents.  Record everything on our easy to complete Order Form. 

SEVEN

Send the templates, payment and Order Form back to us in the original packaging, using the return envelope.

EIGHT

We'll send you your fantastic Polka Dot plates and trays within 4-6 weeks and water bottles between 2-3 weeks. All the products will be labelled for the children, so easy for you to distribute! 

Don't forget to mark them off as they are distributed to the children.
