Postage - Mainland UK

We post using Royal Mail first or second class mail. All completed orders will be sent via either Royal Mail first or second class mail, or using a courier for larger orders.

Further to Royal Mail's recent increase in prices and change of policy, we have unfortunately had to increase our flat postage fee from £3.95 to £5.95 due to the shape and size of our products which no longer fall into their category for small parcels.  Postage for orders for stationery however start at £1.95, going up to £5.95 depending on number of packs ordered and weight of the parcel. 

Delivery timelines

To avoid any disappointment, we ask that you please allow 4-6 weeks for plates and trays to arrive, 2-3 weeks for water bottles, and 3-5 days for personalised stationery from the date we've received your order. Close to end of term and Christmas, we need closer to six weeks to guarantee your order will be returned in time. We always post our cut off dates on our website so you can be sure to order in time.
